Jason joined EM Group as Legal Account Manager in the Netherlands in September 2024.
Jason is the point of contact for clients currently serviced by EM Group in the Netherlands and handles daily legal, corporate and compliance matters for the Dutch portfolio.
Jason was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021.
Prior to joining EM Group, Jason gained two years of experience in the trust industry in both the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Before that he served his training contract with one of South Africa’s largest and most well-regarded corporate law firms.
As an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
