- The servers, where the bets are struck, are hosted in the Isle of Man (unless waiver agreed or operating under a Software Supplier's Licence);
- Players are registered on servers located on the Isle of Man (unless waiver agreed or operating under a Network Services Licence or Software Supplier Licence).
PROCESS
The licensing process consists mainly of background checks on owners, directors and key personnel, but the GSC will also perform a detailed review of the business plan and gaming software used by the company.
