02- Settle our retainer fee for the set-up. This should be paid by the shareholders or the BeneficialOwner(s). The retainer fee will be used to settle future invoices of the company.
03- Provide us with an intended structure for your company, and we will send you the exact list of due diligence documents we require.
04- Once these documents are provided and our compliance department has conducted the Client Acceptance Meeting, we will proceed with the administrative registration with the Malta Business Registry.
