FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITY

Evangelos Maridakis joined EM Group Netherlands in January 2023 as Legal Account Manager.

Evan is responsible for his portfolio of clients, with whom he is in constant contact to arrange everything from the management of third-party funds foundations to keeping the client entities in good standing.

He focuses on Dutch online gambling regulations and ensures that his clients stay compliant.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

After obtaining his first BA in social theology and his theology professor degree, he worked for two years as a teacher.  He then decided to follow his true passion and pursued a BA in law at the University of Cyprus. After being admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2018, he opened his legal practice and obtained a master's in private law from the University of Amsterdam.

Evangelos has represented various clients in court and was a legal counsel of the Greek Minister of Migration and Asylum for nearly two years.
