I can tell you all about Malta.
Kristina Lapcevic joined EM Group Malta in September 2025 as a Corporate Account Manager.
In her role, Kristina plays a key part in supporting clients with their corporate structuring and governance needs, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. She works closely with clients to manage compliance obligations, maintain corporate records, and provide guidance on governance matters, helping them operate efficiently and with confidence.
With more than ten years of experience in corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, Kristina holds a Diploma in Global Financial Compliance (CISI) together with a Higher Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from the University of Malta.
Prior to joining EM Group, Kristina spent ten years at a leading fund administrator, where she held the positions of Senior Corporate Associate and Company Secretary. She worked closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Committees, while also liaising with the Malta Financial Services Authority, other regulatory bodies, and clients.
