Pippa Bonavia is the Managing Director for EM Group in Malta.
As Managing Director at EM Group, Pippa is responsible for overseeing the Malta office and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safeguarding the company's adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance. She manages key client relationships, with a focus on maintaining and elevating service quality.
With over a decade of specialization in corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, Pippa holds a Master’s degree in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the International Compliance Association, along with a degree in Business Management focused on Human Resources from the Association of Business Executives.
Pippa began her career at one of Malta’s largest trustee companies, where she discovered her passion for compliance. Before joining EM Group, she spent nearly five years as a Compliance Manager and Senior Corporate Specialist at a prominent professional corporate services firm. Thereafter, she joined Trustmoore as Head of Compliance and MLRO, and by 2022, she advanced to the role of Managing Director.
